If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund — no questions asked.


To Be Eligible for a Return

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. All original tags and packaging must be included. The item must show no signs of use, washing, or damage.

Please note that all items purchased during a seasonal sale or promotional sale event are considered final sale and are not eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.

How to Return a Regular-Priced Item

To initiate a return, contact us at: info@clararosevancouver.com

Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and an optional reason for return. Our support team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items sent without tracking.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund — provided it is not a sale item.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@clararosevancouver.com with clear photos of the issue. In such cases, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or use
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Hygiene-sensitive items where applicable

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.


Late or Missing Refunds
