Orders & Payments Can I change or cancel my order? You can cancel or change your order within 1 hour of placing it. After this, your order may already be processed.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major payment methods including credit and debit cards and secure online payment options.

Will I receive an order confirmation? Yes, once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email immediately.

Shipping & Delivery Do you offer free shipping? Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders across Canada.

How long does delivery take? Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days. Delivery typically takes 5 to 9 working days via Canada Post.

How can I track my order? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Canada Post tracking number via email.

Why hasn't my tracking updated yet? Tracking updates can take a few days to appear. If it hasn't updated after several days, feel free to contact us.

Returns & Refunds Can I return my order? Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

Do I have to pay for return shipping? Yes, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How long does it take to receive my refund? Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 working days after we receive your return.

Can I exchange an item? We do not offer direct exchanges. You can place a new order and return the original item.

Products Are your products true to size? Yes, our products are designed to fit true to size. We recommend checking the size chart on each product page.

Will the product look exactly like the photos? We aim to display our products as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
